§ 11-9-6. Proceedings against parents of delinquent children unaffected.
No proceedings instituted under any of the provisions of §§ 11-9-1 â 11-9-8 shall in any manner affect or be affected by any proceedings which may be instituted under any of the provisions of chapter 9 of title 15.
