§ 12-19-12. Powers of superior court additional.
The power and authority vested by §§ 12-19-8 â 12-19-11 in the superior court shall be deemed additional power and authority, and shall not be deemed to be in substitution or derogation of any other power and authority previously vested in the superior court.
