Chapter 48Educational Services to Very Young Children

R.I. Gen. Laws § 16-48-1

§ 16-48-1. Applicability.

This chapter shall pertain to any program of educational services to children between the ages of three (3) and five (5) years of age that is offered by any public school that has been approved pursuant to §§ 16-1-5 and 16-60-6 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
