R.I. Gen. Laws § 17-10-2
§ 17-10-2. Right to vote unprejudiced by errors.
A voterâs registration shall not be invalidated nor the voterâs right to vote be prejudiced by any error in filing registration cards or in the preparation of lists of voters or in making any change or transfer in the records.
