R.I. Gen. Laws § 19-14-28
§ 19-14-28. Appeal from director.
Any applicant or licensee aggrieved by an action of the director, or the directorâs designee, in denying an application for a license or in revoking or suspending a license, or by any order or decision of the director, or the directorâs designee, shall have the right to appeal the action, order, or decision pursuant to chapter 35 of title 42.
