§ 19-14-30. Rules and regulations.

The director, or the director’s designee, may adopt reasonable rules and regulations for the implementation and administration of the provisions of this chapter. The director, or the director’s designee, shall adopt and amend reasonable rules and regulations, not later than March 31, 2008, as may be necessary to effectuate and implement the provisions of §§ 19-14-1, 19-14-2, 19-14-3, 19-14-4, 19-14-6, 19-14-7, 19-14-9, 19-14-22, 19-14-23 and 19-14-33 pertaining to mortgage loan originators in order that those provisions pertaining to mortgage loan originators are in effect and force on January 1, 2009.
