§ 19-33-15. Student loan consumer protection account established.
A student loan consumer protection restricted receipt account (the âaccountâ) is hereby created within the department of the attorney general. Monies deposited in the account shall be expended by the attorney general for the purpose of administering the provisions of this chapter.
