Chapter 8Depository Change in Control Act

R.I. Gen. Laws § 19-8-1

§ 19-8-1. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter the terms:

(1) “Control” shall have the meaning set forth in the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, 12 U.S.C. § 1841 et seq.

(2) “Regulated institution” shall also include a Rhode Island bank-holding company.
