Chapter 25The Rhode Island Local Agriculture and Seafood Act
R.I. Gen. Laws § 2-25-4
§ 2-25-4. Definitions.
When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(1) âDirectorâ means the director of the department of environmental management or his or her duly authorized agent or agents.
(2) âFundâ means the local agriculture and seafood small grants and technical assistance fund.
(3) âProgramâ means the local agriculture and seafood small grants and technical assistance program.
