R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-3-29
§ 23-3-29. Division of vital records and state registrar of vital records.
Wherever in the general or public laws there appear the words âdivision of vital statisticsâ and the words âstate registrar of vital statisticsâ in relation to the Rhode Island department of health, the word ârecordsâ shall be substituted for the word âstatisticsâ.
