R.I. Gen. Laws § 25-2-20
§ 25-2-20. Viet Nam Veteransâ Day.
The twenty-ninth day of March shall annually be set aside as a day to be known as âViet Nam Veteransâ Day.â The day is to be observed by the people of this state with appropriate exercises in public places.
