§ 3-6-3. Rectifierâs license.
The department is authorized to issue rectifiersâ licenses in accordance with the provisions of §§ 3-6-4 â 3-6-8. The fee provided shall be prorated to the year ending December 1 in every calendar year and be paid to the general treasurer for the use of the state.
