§ 35-10-2. Determination of funds for investment.
The commission shall in its absolute discretion determine which money of the state fund structure are not immediately required for expenditure and shall invest the money of the state from the general fund, rotary funds, sinking funds, special revenue funds, trust and agency funds, including the veteransâ home fund, permanent school fund, employeesâ retirement fund, Touro Jewish synagogue fund, Rhode Island temporary disability insurance reserve fund, and from such other funds as are established or which may be established in the custody of the state.
